WICP100 Museum Exhibits

Exhibits at the museum include a timeline of women elected officials; special exhibits on the “first four” women elected to California office; cases with memorabilia donated by current and former elected officials and others with ties to California politics. Many of these items celebrate key milestones in the history of women in politics. We also have a growing collection of mannequins featuring clothing donated by and on behalf of women who have held office over the past 100 years.

WICP100 Memorabilia Collection

The WICP100 Museum is home to many items that celebrate milestones and achievements of women in the California political arena. From the first women elected, to those achieving milestones in representation of women of color, LGTBQ+ women, and other lasting accomplishments, the museum is here to celebrate how far we have come … and remind us how much we can still do together.
